All items purchased at Sambhu Eclectica are being shipped in accordance with a carriers shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and the title to such items is going to be passed to a purchaser upon our delivery to a carrier.

We do keep all merchandise in inventory; therefore we ship items out as soon as humanly possible upon receipt of an order.

Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items)

We don’t do them. Once an item is out of stock, we may or may not get it in again.

Special Note concerning tie-dyed items:
Our tie-dyes are one of a kind items. Once they are gone, they are gone. They will not be restocked. We may eventually do a dye similar to one we have already done, but it will not be an exact copy of any other dye we do.

Customs and Import Duties Information

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Sambhu Eclectica has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
